welcome to the nadia couture (nadia collections ltd) website, new zealand’s exclusive bridal, bridesmaid and jewellery store. these terms and conditions are intended to assist keep nadia (we, us, our) a safe place for our customers (you, your) to shop.

acceptance of terms and conditions: the terms and conditions are the terms on which nadia offers you access to the services and use of our web site. by shopping at the nadia website you accept these terms and conditions.

amendment of terms and conditions: these terms and conditions may be amended in whole or in part by nadia from time to time. amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms and conditions on this website. you are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions. your use of this website and the services it provides represents your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.

quality of product: all nadia couture clothing and nadia jewellery is produced to a high level. all pieces are handmade and possess their own individual character. the colours displayed on each computer screen may vary from time to time. it is important to be aware of this and accept that occasionally the products you receive and/or view in the store may differ slightly from the product you see on your computer screen. nadia collections ltd is not liable for any alteration in colour or manufacturing differences.

ordering, availability and delivery: all nadia couture and nadia jewellery ordered by you (our customers) will be dispatched for delivery by courier approximatley 2-3 working days after payment has been approved and confirmed. this confirmation process could take up to a further 7 working days. these conditions are for orders delivered within new zealand and charged accordingly. international orders may take up to a further 2-3 weeks delivery. all outgoing international orders will be charged differing packaging and courier delivery charges. you will be notified of the exact cost of packaging and delivery. delivery will take place after payment has been approved and confirmed. this confirmation process could take up to a further 7 working days. you will also be responsible for any tax, fees or charges made when the piece(s) arrive in your country. both national and international customers will be notified when orders have been dispatched. a courier delivery track and trace number will be available for reference in case a package is not received within the given time. if any product becomes unavailable for any reason after you have placed an order you will be advised immediately and you will be given the choice of either waiting for the piece(s) to arrive in stock or receiving a refund. for any nadia couture pieces that are not for sale online please contact your local stockist. if you are outside stockist areas please contact nadia by email or telephone.

payment: visa and mastercard credit cards, direct debits or bank deposits (within new zealand only) will be accepted. all prices are in new zealand currency. nadia is not to be held liable or responsible for the unauthorised use of any payment method. it is the credit card holder’s responsibility to ensure the use of their payment method is authorised. the delivery of any nadia product will only be made if and when payment has been received.

refunds, replacements and disputes: your satisfaction is important to us and we endeavour to sell best quality products and to maintain the best service available. please choose carefully. if you simply change your mind, by law we do not have to refund or exchange your purchased item(s). if a product is faulty and you return it within a reasonable period, along with proof of purchase, the product will be analysed. if it is determined the damage is not caused by your negligence, the product will be repaired. if it cannot be repaired within a reasonable period, the product will be exchanged. if we do not have a similar replacement item and you are not prepared to wait for the arrival of a replacement, a refund can be given. if the product is found to be faulty you will not be charged for the repaired or replaced item(s) or the packaging/delivery charges of the repaired or replaced item(s). if you are returning faulty goods, please note that risk in transit is your responsibility until we receive the goods. please make sure you send any products returned to us packed with care and sent with a reputable courier service that will provide a track and trace facility and insurance or we will not be held responsible. if it is found the product is not to be faulty, we will attempt to repair it for you free of charge. if we are unable to repair it free of charge we will contact you and inform you of the cost of repair. if the item is found not to be faulty, you will be charged for the return delivery charge to the address of your choice. if you agree to these charges we require payment before the product is repaired and delivered. these policies meet our obligations to provide a remedy under the new zealand consumer guarantees act.

prices, tax and import duties: the prices marked on all products are in new zealand currency and are gst inclusive. all taxes and duties that may be applicable in countries outside new zealand are your responsibility, as is any fee charged for customs clearance once the product has left new zealand.

general rules: your orders are not retractable once they have been received by nadia. you must only place an order if you intend to buy the relevant item at the set price.

intellectual property and trademark: nadia owns the intellectual property rights and trademark of the name and logo nadia and nadia couture used in this website and in any of our nadia stores. you may not, without our prior written permission, in any form or by any means, adapt, reproduce, copy, store, distribute, print, display, publish, perform or create derivative works from any part of this website or nadia stores; commercialise, copy or on-sell any information or items obtained from any part of this website or nadia stores.

security: this website endeavours to maintain a safe and secure on line shopping facility. however, you are responsible for any activity which occurs on or through your membership account and to keep your personal information (including your email address and password, your physical address and telephone number, and your bank details) secret and secure. you must not permit any other person to use your password or account, not to disclose to any other person your password or any other information that may allow them to gain access to your account and you must change your password immediately if you believe that your account may have been used without your authorisation.

privacy: nadia collects personal information about you through your use of the services and the website including your personal details gained through the order process. you agree that nadia may use this personal information to assist us to provide the services to you, for internal research purposes, to verify your identity and bank details, for promoting and marketing other nadia products and services to you, and for any other use that you authorise. we will not sell or allow third parties to access your personal information (as listed above) without your consent. we aim to maintain the privacy and security of all nadia customers. however, you do agree that nadia may disclose your personal informational, including your name and contact details, to the relevant authorities if we consider you are in breach of these terms and conditions.
